OUR STORY

Olive's Gluten-Free Bakery was created to offer delicious, tasty donuts, muffins and other baked goods to those that have to avoid wheat in their diet. After realizing that I had a severe gluten allergy in 2012, I started to practice and develop recipes that baked flavorful, fluffy, delicious desserts that no one noticed were gluten-free. Using a blend of brown rice, garbanzo bean, and sweet sorghum flour, these baked goods are sure to be devoured by anyone in your family. I am committed to using local and organic ingredients when possible, oftening trying to showcase my sources so others may choose them as well. .
